体育专业毕业生就业影响因素的Logistic回归分析

为了探讨影响体育专业毕业生就业的主要因素,对114名体育教育专业毕业生的16个因素(自变量)与就业(应变量)的关系进行了非条件logistic回归分析.结果显示:身高、篮球、排球、田径和普通课的成绩与就业呈正的联系,武术、足球和计算机的成绩与就业呈负的联系;Logistic回归模型的Omnibus TestsX2检验结果均有显著性;Hosmer andLemeshow拟合优度X2检验P=0.392;模型总预测正确率为89.47%.结果提示:身材高,篮球、排球、田径、普通课成绩好的学生容易就业,但他们往往足球、武术、计算机课的成绩较差.建议高校根据社会对体育人才的需求,深化教育改革,培养具有较好的身高和基本素质,又具有专业特长的适用性人才.

Logistic regression analysis on factors influencing graduates of physical education speciality to get employment

In order to probe into the main factors influencing graduates of physical education speciality to get employments,the non-conditional logistic regression was used to analyse the relationship between 16 factors (independent variables) and employment (dependent variable) in 114 graduates of physical education speciality.It was showed that graduates' employment was positively related to their height and scores of basketball,volleyball,track and field,general lessons,positively related to their scores of wushu,football and computer.The logistic regression model were statistically significant in Omnibus Tests,its Hosmer and Lemeshow goodness of fit was not statistically significant,there was a correct total rate of 89.47% in forecasting these graduates could and couldn't get employment by it.It was predicated that the students with high stature and good achievement in basketball,volleyball,track and field,general lessons were apt to obtain employments,but their scores weren't good in football, wushu and computer lessons.It is suggested that according to society's demands for athletic talents,universities deepen the educational reform and train the talents with better height,basic quality and special skill.
