无石棉编织型制动带纤维配方优选研究

摘    要:无石棉化是摩擦材料的研究发展方向,在分析了常用非石棉纤维的性能特点基础上.应用优化设计与实验相结合的方法,拟订了一种无石棉成分的复合纤维配方。经检测表明,应用该配方生产的编织型制动带摩擦性能稳定,可应用于高速重载场合。同时,该配方解决了环保问题,可作为编织型制动带无石棉替代产品。

Abstract:To research and manufacture non-asbestos frictional materials becomes the focus in friction material field. This paper explicates the properties of non-asbestos fibers used in frictional materials. One composition of compound fibers of non-asbestos braided brake ribbon is presented through applying the method of experiment and optimization. It has been verified by test that the friction property of this non-asbestos braided brake ribbon is stable,and this product could substitute the asbestos braided brake ribbon.
