| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低分子肝素在不稳定心绞痛（UA）中的治疗效果。方法通过对本院心血管内科收治的不稳定性心绞痛病人进行回顾性分析。结果低分子肝索组心脏事件的发生明显减少（P〈0.05）。结论在不稳定性心绞痛治疗中加用低分子肝素，可以使患者获得更大的益处。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the therapeusis effect of low molecular weight heparins in the patients with unstable angina.Methods: 102 cases of unstable angian were analysed retrospectively in heart department of our hospital.Results: The occurrence of adverse heart events reduced significantly in low molecular weight heparins group(P<0.05).Conclusion: During the treatment of unstable angina,low molecular weight heparins can give the patients the better effect. |
