| 摘 要： | 对１３例腰椎间盘突出症患者脱出的间盘组织进行了透射和扫描电镜观察，发现脱出的纤维环组织其纤维肿胀变性、排列较散乱、相邻纤维层间的间隙较宽大，髓核组织中的胶原纤维数量较多、直径较粗大，脱出结构中的细胞成份均显不同程序的退行性变化。

| Abstract: | Among 13 patients with the ruptured of lumber intervertebral discs, TEM and SEM observation of the rupturedisc tissues showed the irregular structure of collagenous fibers and the layer intervals of the adjacent fibrous layers in the ruptured annulus fibrous tissues. There increased the quantity and diameter of the collagenous fiber in the pulpiform nucleus, as well as the cells component of the ruptured part with different retrograde degenerations. |
