丙烯酸树脂改性硅氧烷聚合物的研究──一种新型涂料型采光涂层粘结剂

摘    要:文章对带有羟基的丙烯酸树脂改性硅聚合物粘结剂进行了研究,通过选择适当的实验条件使它们接枝共聚,同时研究了不同因素对它们的影响.改性后的粘结剂,与颜料的相容性好,其红外辐射率较未改性的硅氧烷辐射率有较大辐度的降低,光学等性能优异,是一种新型太阳光谱选择性吸收涂层的粘结剂.

Abstract:olysilicone binder modified by acrylic resin with OH group is dealt with which can be copolymerized by chosing appropriate test condition. Influence of many factors is considered. Modified adhesive is good at blending pigment and spectrum properities. Infrared radiation ratio of the new adhesive is much lower than that of polysilicone adhesive. It is a new binder of solar spectrum selective absorptive coating.
