摘    要:作者于2001年3月,采用潘文石等建立的数学模型法,对长青保护区26条样线进行了调查,并与1988年以来的调查结果进行了对比.结果显示,1988—1997年,长青保护区大熊猫年均增长1只,1997—2001年年均增加2只,2001年3月监测结果为109只,大熊猫种群数量变化趋势处于稳定期;大熊猫种群数量不仅受自身生物学特性的限制,而且受到迁出(周边地区天保工程)、取食竹子生物量、环境容纳量的影响;长青保护区的建立和天保工程的启动,为区内、外大熊猫栖息地的自然恢复创造了良好的条件.但是区内6 000 hm2的人工林,高海拔2 515 hm2的竹林函待恢复和改造;大熊猫数据库的建立,为大熊猫种群数量与分布变化趋势的研究奠定了基础.

Abstract:In March 2001, the author by using method of mathematics module established by Pan Wenshi and others, to investigate the 26 sample routes in Changqing nature reserve, and compared with the research report of 1988. The data shown: In 1988-1997, the average growth of Panda was only 1 annually; In 1997-2001, the average growth of Panda increased to 2 annually; the monitoring result in March of 2001 was 109 pandas totally, the changing trend in the herb amount of panda was become to stable period. The herd amount of panda was not only restricted by its own biological specialties, but also influenced by the moving out (the Nature Protection project of the surrounding area), the bamboo' s leaves amount, and the holding capacity of the area. The establishing of Changqing nature reserve and the launching of Nature Protection project created a good condition for the natural recovering for the habitat to the pandas both outside and inside of the district. 6000 hectares of artificial woods and 2515 hectares bamboo grove in the reserve needs instauration and reformation; The establishment of giant panda data is reserch foundation of population and distribution of giant panda.
