院校合并后的高校职工队伍凝聚力与激励问题研究

摘    要:高校合并之后,职工的心理融合与组织的文化整合存在较多问题,影响到职工的组织认同和组织的凝聚力,对如何有效地激励职工也提出了一些新问题。解决这些问题,一要提高学校的民主化、科学化决策水平,二要改革分配制度、表彰业绩突出者、形成组织价值目标激励效应,三要扩大深化学校发展理念与方案的公识水平,四要创设良好环境和岗位空间。同时,还对如何做好激励工作提出了自己的一些见解。

Abstract:When different universities are merged, there exist many problems among the staff, especially those of their psychological and organizational integration, which can have a great impact on their psychological adaptation and behaviour adjustment, and organizational cohesiveness and effectiveness. Therefore, for the merged university, a democratic and scientific decision-making approach is of great importance; a proper motivation mechanism, by reforming the distribution system and awarding the outstanding achievers in reaching organizational goals, should be implemented; the idea and strategy for the school's overall planning and development needs to be updated; a good environment and work space shall be provided.
