| 摘 要： | 目前使用较广泛的视频检索系统是基于文本方式的。使用字或自由文本描述视频数据库中的视频，采用文本匹配检索．基于内容的视频检索利用了视频本身的很多特征，提供了更可靠更有效的视频检索方式．介绍了利用VB和Access建立的街道视频数据库，提供2个城区街道浏览、查询、检索等功能，并给出了核心代码．

| Abstract: | At present,image and video retrieval system is mainly based on text. The video in video database is described with key words and free text, so the retrieval can be achieved by text matching. The content-based video retrieval technique makes full use of characteristics of video, and offers more effective and reliable retrieval mode. A video database of streets is presented based on VB and Access. The functions are provided for browsing, query and retrieval of two street blocks. Some kemel codes of the software are given. |
