| Abstract: | Soft X-ray microscope is most suitable for the hight resolution imaging of biological specimens in a natural state. We have developed the first scanning transmission X-ray micraseope in China. It has been tested at Hefei Synchrotron Radiation laboratory in hamline U12A designed primarily for soft X-ray microscopy. In this poper the instrumentation of the scanning X--ray microscope is described and the first results reported. |
