| 摘 要： | 评价IPS Empress2全瓷修复体的临床效果。为35例患者制作了46件IPS Empress2全瓷冠，戴用期6～24个月，评价修复体的边缘完整性、解剖形态和颜色等临床指标，茵斑指数和牙龈指数与对照组采用Wilcoxon秩和检验进行比较。除2例修复体发生折裂外，修复成功率为95．65％，修复体的牙龈健康状况与对照组无统计学差异。显示全瓷修复体有令人满意的近期疗效。

| Abstract: | IPS Empress2 crowns placed in 35 patients are evaluated after 6-24 months of clinical service. The restorations are examined for margin integrity, anatomic form, color and surface. Gingival index and plaque index are compared to control teeth by use of Wilcoxon signed ranks test. 95.65% of IPS Empress2 restorations are rated as satisfactory;there is no significant difference between IPS Empress2 restorations and control groups in gingival health status.The clinical effects of IPS Empress2 restorations are perfect in short term. |
