| 摘 要： | 本文根据振动管柯氏力质量流量计的实际工作情况,建立了传感器数学模型,进行了详细的传感特性分析。文中还指出了它的适用范围,提出了传感管的设计原则。实验表明,理论分析与实验结果是一致的。模型的计算误差小于5％。本文所建立的模型可作为设计和制造这种传感器的依据。

| Abstract: | In this paper, a mathematical model of the sensor is proposed on the basis of its operating conditions, and the characteristics of the sensor are analysed in detail. The applicability of the instrument and the principle for sensor design are also given. Experiments show that the measured results are consistent with analysis and calculation in terms of this mathematical model with the error less than 5%. It is concluded that this model can be us used as a base for the design and manufacture of this type of sensors. |
