| 摘 要： | 后发技术赶超方式主要有2种：联盟创新和自主创新，但具体采用哪一种要看企业的技术能力状况。企业的要素素质决定了企业的技术能力，进而决定了企业的技术赶超方式。通过拓展的A-J模型，比较了联盟创新与自主创新2种赶超方式的绩效。结果发现：当企业的要素素质比较低，企业的技术能力也比较低时，企业应该采取联盟创新进行赶超；当企业的要素素质得到改善，技术能力得到提升时，企业应该选择自主创新进行赶超。
