钢筋钢纤维混凝土扁梁的变形研究

摘    要:通过 10根钢筋钢纤维砼梁的试验 ,探讨了钢筋钢纤维砼扁梁的受力和变形性能 ,及挠度计算 .指出在钢筋砼扁梁中掺入适量的钢纤维后 ,改善了扁梁砼的结构性能 ,提高了梁的整体性及其受弯刚度 ,减小了挠度 .并通过梁的变形实测值与计算值的比较 ,认为现行钢纤维砼规程 (CECS38:92 )变形计算公式用于计算钢筋钢纤维砼扁梁是可行的 .

Abstract:Based on the experiment upon 10 beams of steel fiber reinforced concrete, the article expounds on the force bearing capacity, deformation property and deflection calculation in the flat beam of steel fiber reinforced concrete and pinpoints that with a proper amount of steel fiber added in concrete beam, the structural property of the flat beam concrete has been improved, the entire beam's property and bending rigidity has been ameliorated, and deflection of the beam has been reduced. Also by the comparison between the beam's actual deflection values and calculation values, the article concludes that the actual deflection formula under the steel fiber concrete standards of (CECS38: 92) can be applied to the calculation of the flat beam deflection in steel fiber reinforced concrete.
