Discussion on the New Conceptions of the Construction of Middle-school Library

This paper expounds the important significance of speeding up the construction of middle-school library under the new developing situation, puts forward the shortages existing in the construction of the literature collections of middle-school library, points out that in aspect of the literature collections, the middle-school library should make the collection structure have obvious characters, pay attention to the practicability and actual effect, and starting from the requirement of the information society for the talents training, discusses on the new conception of developing the information quality education by the middle-school library.
