氢气泡测速法在连铸水模拟实验中的应用

摘    要:用自制的测试装置首次将氢气泡定量测速技术用于水模拟连铸结晶器中。利用氢气泡团的时间-脉线组合图谱所提供的时间、位移信息测定了不同拉坯速度下水模拟结晶器中若干点的流速,用以验证水模拟连铸结晶器中流体流动数值模拟的结果。

Abstract:The hydrogen bubbles method for quantitative determination of time-dependentvelocity is first used in continuous casting water simulating crystallizer with self-designedtesting device.According to the time-displacement data provided by the combined timestreak markers,the flow velocity along the central line of the mold has been quantitativelymeasured.The measurements can be used for verification of the results of the flow-numericalsimulation in the contimuous casting water simulating crystallizer.
