黄石通江湖泊灌江纳苗的问题分析与对策

以黄石地区通江湖泊为调查区域,综合运用田野调查和文献调研方法,对拟实施灌江纳苗的目标湖区存在的问题进行了问卷调查、深度访谈和分析探究。结果表明在目标湖区,当地居民对湖泊开发满意度低于20%,渔民收入明显偏低,51.6%的渔民月经济收入在1000和2000元之间,水质受工业污染尤为严重,而水质恶化又直接导致鱼资源和产量的下降;在受访企业中,技术人员和高级职称所占比例仅为5.1%;在上述结果分析及讨论的基础上提出了一些相关的合理化建议。调查结果表明在目标湖区开展灌江纳苗十分必要,并需要建立灌江纳苗的长效机制,以谋求经济和环境的协调发展。

The problem and strategy of adopting fries by filling with river flows in Yangtze-connected lakes of Huangshi

The problems of adopting fries by filling with river flows in Yangtze-connected lakes of Huangshi were studied by questionnaire survey,one-on-one interviews,field investigation,specimen verification and collections,analysis and research of document data.The results showed that over 80 percent of the local residents were dissatisfied with the unreasonable exploitation of the lake,the incomes of 51.6% fishermen were between 1000 RMB and 2000 RMB per month,and the gainings of fishman were obviously at low level.Mining industry was the main source of lake water pollution,which resulted in decreasing of aquaculture species and production.The technicists and senior title personnel were only 5.1% of workers and staff members in interviewed aquaculture companies.Some rationalization suggestions were made based on the discussion of above results.The results and analysises suggested that it was needful for adopting fries by filling with river flows in four lakes of Huangshi city,and long-term mechanism of adopting fries by filling with river flow would be established in order to seek coordinated development of economy and environment.
