硅胶负载硅钨酸催化合成丙酸正戊酯

摘    要:以硅胶负载硅钨酸(H4SiW12O40/硅胶)为催化剂,以丙酸和正戊醇为原料合成了丙酸正戊酯。研究了该催化酯化反应中丙酸和正戊醇用量之比、催化剂用量变化、带水剂(环己烷)用量、回流反应时间等因素对丙酸正戊酯收率的影响。实验结果显示,在确定的最优条件下,丙酸正戊酯的收率可达84.2%.

Abstract:H4SiW12O40/ silica gel was used as catalyst for the esterification of propionic acid with n-amyl alcohol.The effects of the molar ratio of alcohol to propionic acid,the amount of the catalyst,and the reaction time on synthesizing n-amyl propionate were investigated.A suitable condition for synthesizing n-amyl propionate was obtained,and under this condition,the yield of n-amyl propionate can reach 84.2%.
