基于模糊智能的电镀生产线行车调度系统

摘    要:电动行车是电镀生产线上用于物料运输的重要设备,现有的行车控制系统基本上是采用固定行车行走路线的方法,不能满足一条生产线上加工多种产品的需求;文章介绍了基于模糊控制的智能行车调度系统,该控制系统具有行车行走路线可以任意设定、在生产过程中动态修改等优点;通过在生产线上的运用证明,大大提高了生产效率和生产灵活性.

Abstract:The electrical traveling crane is the essential equipment for transporting materials on the plating production line. The existing traveling crane control system basically adopts the means of fixing the traveling crane route, which can not meet the needs of processing a variety of products on a single production line. This paper introduces an intelligent scheduling system of the traveling crane based on fuzzy control. The system has the advantages of setting the traveling crane route freely and modifying it dynamically during the production process. The practical application shows that the system greatly enhances the productivity and production flexibility.
