| Abstract: | This paper discusses that constructing the rural highways is an inevitable requirement of the construction of the new countryside, points out the problems existing in the construction, maintenance and management of the rural highways, and puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the normalization and legalization of the construction, maintenance and management of the rural highways. |
