溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米薄膜技术应用研究进展

摘    要:溶胶-凝胶法制备的纳米薄膜材料除了具有某些普通膜材料的基本特性外,还具有许多新性能,如水质净化、光催化剂、自清洁、防尘、防雾、可见光透过率高和电阻率低等,这些性能在工业上都得到了广泛地应用。本文综述了近5年溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米薄膜技术应用的研究进展。

Abstract:The nano-membrane material prepared by sol-gel method presents specific performances such as water(purification),photocatalyst self-cleaning,dustproof,auti-fogging,high transparency and low electronic resistivity,etc.The applications of nanomembrane material prepared by sol-gel method in recent 5 years were reviewed.
