高师体育专业武术术科的教学效果探析

武术是我国民族传统体育重点开展的项目之一.以文献资料研究为视角,对高师体育专业武术术科的教学效果进行了分析.认为:武术教学应首先从教师的综合素质和能力抓起,着重规范学生的基本功、基本动作,正确理解和运用武术术语,区分拳种的风格、特点,培养学生看图自学能力及掌握套路构成的一般原则和规律,进一步提高学生学习武术的兴趣和效果.

How to Improve the Quality of Wushu Teaching in Teachers'''' College

Wushu is regarded as a way of building up their bodies by contemporary students.The paper,by studying the relevant material,analyzes the situation of wushu teaching in Henan teachers' College,and the founding shows that wushu teaching should start with the teachers and the students to make them study from the basic skills and actions,comprehend correctly and utilize the wushu-terminology,to learn watching and recognizing pictures,so as to master the common principle and regularity,which consist of a series of skills and tricks,to distinguish the style and feature of Chinese-boxing,so that students can really master the way of studying wushu.
