| 摘 要： | 应用小波嵌入式零树编码技术 ,并将其与分形编码技术相结合 ,实现了对小尺寸图像 (12 8× 12 8× 8bits)的有效压缩 .在较好的图像主观质量与峰值信噪比的前提下 ,获得了压缩比较高且无分块效应的重建的小尺寸图像 .

| Abstract: | A hybrid method with the technology of embedded zerotrees coding and fractal coding is presented. The scan mode of embedded zerotree coding as well as fractal coefficients of fractal coding are adjusted to achieve higher ratio of compression with better quality. Results show that a small scale image with a higher ratio of compression without blocks can be achieved through this method. |
