摘    要:准确地描述了过程系统工程的定义、研究范围和在工业上的重要意义,系统回顾了过程系统工程学科的创立和发展历史,对于该领域的研究成果进行了全面总结.同时着重分析了过程系统工程学科的发展现状,肯定了过程系统工程对于新产品开发、节能降耗、企业商务决策、提高企业竞争力和可持续发展方面的贡献,指出了存在的问题和差距.提出了绿色过程系统工程的概念,并从环保、企业信息化、原料多元化、产品创新和供应链等5个方面论述了过程系统工程在今后面临的挑战和机遇.

Abstract:The definition, research field and industrial value of process system engineering ( PSE) were described accurately. By summarizing the research achievement in PSE, the foundation and developing history of PSE was reviewed systematically. The present status of PSE, as a pivot, was analyzed simultaneously to affirm the contribution of PSE in new product developing, energy saving, decision making, competitive capability improving and continuable developing and indicate the problem and disparity in the paper. The conception of Green PSE was first presented, and then the challenges and opportunities in future in PSE were discussed from 5 aspects, namely, environment protecting, informatization of enterprise, diversification of raw material, innovation of product and supply chain.
