一种新型高效阻垢缓蚀剂的研制

摘    要:针对循环冷却水系统的结垢和设备腐蚀问题,研制了GCS系列阻垢缓蚀剂.采用碳酸钙沉积法和静态挂片失重法考察了其阻垢性能和缓蚀性能.结果表明:阻垢缓蚀剂GCS-6在水中具有良好的溶解性;当其浓度为25 mg/L时,阻CaCO3垢率为99.53%,缓蚀率为96.20%,年腐蚀速率为0.008 6 mm/a.并用扫描电镜、动电位电化学极化曲线、电子能谱,探讨了其阻垢机理和缓蚀机理.

Abstract:GCS series of scale and corrosion inhibitors are developed for solving the scaling and corrosion problems of the equipment in circulating cooling water system.Their scale inhibition performance is determined by the deposition of calcium carbonate and the corrosion inhibition performance is determined by static coupon weight-loss method.The results indicate that the corrosion inhibitor GCS-6 has good solubility in water,its scale inhibition rate to CaCO3 is 99.53%,corrosion inhibition rate t is 96.20% and it...
