摘    要:采用具有凝固强度高、无毒、阻燃、环保安全、初始粘度低、凝胶时间短的低孔隙溶胶类化学浆液作为注浆材料,制定了浆液扩散范围、注浆压力、注浆结束标准等注浆方案参数,完成了属于富水弱渗地层的文家坡煤矿风井井筒注浆施工,解决了工作面涌水大的技术难题.工程实践表明,针对富水弱渗地层地质条件的立井井筒化学注浆方案设计合理,技术措施可行.研究成果对类似工程有参考价值.

Abstract:Low-porosity sol chemical grouts that has the nature of high solidification intensity,innocuity,fire retarded,safety environmental protection,short initial viscosity and gel time was adopted as grouting material,the grouting schemes of grouting diffusing range,grouting pressure,grouting ending criterion and so on were worked out.Grouting construction for air shaft of Wenjiapo Coal Mine in water-rich and weak seepage strata,and difficult technology problem that the water inflow is great was solved.It indicat...
