摘    要:针对钛及稀有金属真空等离子焊接生产特点和焊接工艺对焊枪位置与速度的高精度要求,提出了基于模糊PID控制策略的焊枪伺服控制系统.该系统由上位计算机、下位PLC、交流伺服控制器、弧压传感器和图像传感器构成,采用模糊PID的控制策略实现对焊枪位置和速度全过程优化控制.系统运行结果表明,采用模糊PID控制算法能够改善焊缝质量,...
