| 摘 要： | 结合当前我国煤矸石发电的实际情况及相关项目的综合效益评价指标,提出建立煤矸石发电项目综合效益评价的必要性以及指标体系构建的原则和方法.定性与定量相结合,建立了涵盖经济、社会与环境3方面内容的煤矸石发电项目综合效益评价指标体系,并对各评价指标进行了阐释.指标权重的确定采用了专家调查法和层次分析法,在计算中应用了MATLAB软件,简化了权重的计算.所建立的评价指标体系对煤矸石发电项目综合效益评价具有一定的参考意义.
