大型烧结厂房爆破拆除安全环保技术研究

提出先爆环冷和除尘器再处理抽风机房最后爆破主厂房的总体爆破方案。采用爆破切割技术分离主厂房保留部分及高架通廊。采用原地坍塌、定向倒塌和折叠爆破技术和施工工艺,并对爆破振动、飞石、冲击波、大气污染和噪音等拆除爆破安全环保问题进行了有效地分析研究,提出控制措施和防范方法,确保了周边厂房设备的安全。爆破达到了预期效果,可供类似工程参考。

Safety and environmental protection in demolition blasting of the large sintering workshop

In light of the surroundings of the workshop to be demolished, a blasting scheme is carefully designed in the paper. Firstly, the environment cooling and dust catcher are demolished. Secondly, the air exhauster rooms are demolished, which are followed by the main factory building. Blasting cutting technology is employed to separate the rest of the main workshop from overhead vestibule. The former place collapse blasting, directional blasting and fold blasting technology and construction craftwork are adopted. A series of question related to blasting safety and environmental protection are considered, which include blasting vibration, fly rock, shock wave, atmospheric pollution and noise, and countermeasures are presented. The blasting went as expected, which should serve as a good ref erence for similar projects.
