| 摘 要： | 阐述了高校科技期刊出版者依法享有期刊的著作权及其邻接权,分析了网络环境下出版者的被侵权案例,提出了提高编辑法律意识,依法签订书面著作权合同,完善网络出版中的著作权法律保护机制,维护出版者合法权益.

| Abstract: | A publisher in possession of the copyrights and other correlated rights of the whole sci-tech periodical of universities and colleges was elaborated in this paper.But the publisher could not infringe upon copyrights during using the whole sci-tech periodical.A case of infringement of copyright about sci-tech periodical online publishing was analyzed.Finally,some recommendations of protection of rights and interests for Web publishers were presented,such as enhancing editors' legal consciousness,subscribing ... |
