应用型人才的基本素质刍议

国家和教育部的有关文件和专家学者的研究基本都认同应用型人才应具备的素质结构主要包括扎实的知识(专业基础知识和应用性知识)、实践能力和创新能力。与美国心理学家斯腾伯格提出的成功智力理论相吻合。成功智力是用以达成人生中主要目标的智力,包括分析性智力、创造性智力和实践性智力三个关键方面。
