新课标下粤北农村乡镇中小学体育现状调查研究

采用问卷调查法,对粤北山区11个县80所农村乡镇中小学体育师资、体育教学、场地器材、课外体育活动与竞赛等方面的现状进行调查,结果表明:粤北山区农村乡镇中学体育教师学历达标情况较好,但中小学体育教师数量不能满足教学的需要,职称层次偏低,工作量大,工资待遇低;体育课开设情况良好,但体育教学组织和教学质量较差;体育场地、器材严重短缺,限制了体育教学和课外体育活动的开展;早操与课间操的情况较差,但课外体育竞赛和课余体育训练开展较好.

Investigation on current condition of physical education in rural middle and primary school in northern Guangdong under new curriculum standard
