| 摘 要： | 目前我国的科技期刊普遍存在着出版时滞过长问题,其主要原因在于科技期刊的出版周期过长、编辑部人手不足而投稿量较大、科技期刊的服务意识不强、审稿人的延误等,针对这4个方面的情况,提出了改进的措施,以期进一步缩短我国科技期刊的出版时滞,提高期刊的综合竞争力.

| Abstract: | It's the fact that the publication delay of articles of sci-tech journal in China.This paper analyzes the fours reasons of the publication delay of articles of sci-tech journal,the first reason is the period of the publication is too long,the second reason is the editors' shortage and the generous of the articles,the third reason is the absence of service consciousness,the last reason is the delay of the peer review,and points out the countermeasures to solve the problems. |
