| 摘 要： | 《管子》是中国思想文化史上一部重要的古代文献,乘马论是轻重诸篇中国家理财方略之一,蕴涵着可资今人借鉴的思想资源,集中在《匡乘马》、《乘马数》、《山至数》三篇之中。虽存在乱简、重复、交叉等现象,但主要观点十分明确,自成一体。《管子》乘马论形下维度甚至有些奸诈的理财权术中隐现着形上维度哲学视域的治国之道,发人深省。
