| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是无产阶级的功利主义,它以马克思主义人性论为基础,强调"把实现好、维护好、发展好最广大人民的根本利益作为党和国家一切工作的出发点和落脚点",坚持"发展为了人民、发展依靠人民、发展成果由人民共享"和"保障人民各项权益,走共同富裕道路,促进人的全面发展",强调了人民利益的崇高性、全面性,是对传统的义利观的提升,体现了辩证唯物主义的动机论与效果论的统一。
