| 摘 要： | 管治基础的变化，客观要求城市、区域管治模式的转变。在理解管治概念的基础上，分析管治基础的变化对城市产生的影响，揭示城市间冲突的根源，最后，在对区域协调相关研究简述和城市冲突问题认识的基础上，从建立多元、分散、网络型区域管治出发，对区域协调中制度创新进行再思考。

| Abstract: | Since 1978, profound changes have occurred in economic, social, politic spheres roe China. These changes have led to the changes of city and regional governance model. Based on the concept of governance, the paper finds out that governance changes have far-reaching influences upon cities. Then the paper exposes the origins that cause the conflicts. After simply summarizing the relative research on regional coordination, the authors present several views on institutional innovation of regional coordination from regional governance. |
