摘    要:研究了铝电解生产中的一个重要问题氧化铝在熔融冰晶石中的溶解·通过现象观测记录和研究,比较了国内外不同厂家的氧化铝在冰晶石溶液中的溶解性能,并发现溶解过程包括三个阶段:熔体表面电解质/氧化铝结块的形成;结块的分解和溶解,氧化铝微粒在电解质本体中的沉降和溶解;槽底部的氧化铝溶解·

Abstract:A video recording study was carried out to investigate the dissolution of alumina in molten cryclite which is important in aluminium production. The dissolution characteristics and solubility of various kinds of alumina from different producing sources were compared. It was found that there are three stages in the dissolution procedure:formation of bath/alumina agglomerates on the bath surface,collapse of the agglomerates and dissolution,and settling down of fine particles of alumina and dissolution in the bath bulk,alumina dissolution at the cell bottom. Formation of bath/alumina agglomerates is beneficial to the electrolysis performance because it can prevent the formation of alumina sludge. Dissolution performance of sandy alumina is better than intermediate alumina according to the floating time of agglomerates and the complete dissolution time.
