| 摘 要： | 法律是一个国家维持长治久安的主要条件.<周易>也十分重视以法治国,<周易>认为应该明罚敕法以使人民了解法律,在审问案件时要明慎用刑,对于犯罪的人进行赦过宥罪.从而最大限度上保护了广大人民的利益.

| Abstract: | Law is the principal factor that can keep a country lastingly stable and peaceful. Zhouyi also lays stress on ruling a country by law and consider that law should be comprehended through formalizing punishments and rectifying laws in Zhouyi. Punishments must be carefully used in investigating cases and the offenders should be dealt with leniently. Therefore, people's benefits could be protected widely. |
