| 摘 要： | 文章从新疆水资源现状和需求出发,探讨了加大开发新疆空中水资源的必要性,从国内外实践、新疆的自然条件、技术等几个层面分析了新疆实施人工增水的可行性,结合当前人工增水的现状与存在的问题,提出加强人工增水的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The paper,setting out from the current situation and demand of Xinjiang for water resource,has probed into the necessity to strengthen and develop the water resource in the sky of Xinjiang.The paper analyzesd the feasibility of artificial-increasing water from the aspects of practices both at home and abroad,Xinjiang natural conditions and technology.Combining the current situation of artificial-increasing water with the present problems,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for artificial-increasing water. |
