蒺藜皂甙的提取及部分纯化研究

摘    要:对蒺藜皂甙的提取、索氏梯度分离和大孔树脂部分纯化进行了系统研究。结果表明,70%乙醇提取法优于水提醇沉法,得率为1.98%;经大孔树脂纯化,皂甙主要存在于40%,50%,55%,60%,65%乙醇洗脱液中,以40%乙醇洗脱液中皂甙含量最高;用薄层分析证实皂甙得到了纯化。

Study on Extract and Partial Purification of Tribulus Terrestris

Abstract:The extract, gradient separation of Tribulus terrestris and its partial purification by macroporous resin were studied. The results showed that 70% ethanol extraction method was superior to water extraction and ethanol precipitation method, the yield of 1.98% ; Saponins existed in 40,50,55,60,65% ethanol eluent, using the Purifi- cation by macroporous resin, the highest saponin content was in 40% ethanol eluent. TLC analysis confirmed that the saponins were purified.
