基于SLP的波纹管厂布置设计研究

本文根据波纹管厂的产品组成、产品产量、工艺流程、辅助服务设施、时间约束等等各个方面信息对企业的设备、物料以及人员所需空间等进行合理分配布置和有效地组合。采用系统化布置设计(SLP)方法分析产品的生产流程,提供了一种以作业单位的物流和非物流相关关系分析为基准的规划设计方法。最终得出该厂的作业单位位置相关图和波纹管厂的可行布置图。

Research on the Systematic Layout Planning of the Corrugated Pipe Factory

This paper, according to the product composition, product output, process flow, auxiliary service facilities, time constraints of the corrugated pipe factory, makes a reasonable arrangement and effective combination about equipment, materials and space of enterprise. Meanwhile, this paper uses the method of systematic layout planning to analyze the production process, provides a method of planning and design taking the analysis of correla- tion between logistics and non - logistics as a benchmark, gets location relevant figure of the work unit, and finally obtains the feasible layout diagram of the corrugated pipe factory.
