我国高等教育产业化若干政策建议

为解决扩招带来的就业压力和教育经费的投入不足问题,中国的高等教育进行了产业化改革,获取了成功经验和失败的教训。在深入探讨高等教育产业化的内涵基础上,对高等教育产业化的弊端进行了较详细的分析和总结,提出了解决问题的方法,并指出高等教育产业化是高等教育自身发展的必然选择,是我们深化教育体制改革的重要途径。

Some Suggestions for Policy- making about Higher Education Industrialization in China

To solve the employment pressure and the shortage of education funding caused by enrollment ex- pansion, China has carried on the industrialization reform of higher education and obtained the experiences of suc- cess and failure. Based on the deep discussion on the connotation of the industrialization of higher education, this paper analyzes and summarizes the disadvantages of the industrialization of higher education, proposes some solu- tions to theses problems, and points out that the industrialization of higher education is an inevitable choice for the development of higher education itself and is an important way to deepen the reform of educational system.
