我国高职院校奖励性绩效工资体系再造——以B高校为例

摘    要:以B高校为例,通过对现有工资体系分析,以战略目标为导向,分别从职务津贴、绩效津贴、责任津贴、年度考核津贴、专项津贴、科研奖励津贴和福利等七个方面进行了设计,同时坚持效率优先、兼顾公平的原则,构建了框架合理、科学有效的奖励性绩效工资体系,文章最后提出了政策建议,以期为高职院校奖励性绩效工资体系的设计提供参考。

Abstract:This paper, taking university B as an example and based on the analysis of the present salary sys- tem, discusses seven aspects including title allowance, performance -based allowance, responsibility allowance, a- ward -oriented allowance based on work in science and research program, annual evaluation allowance, specific al- lowance and welfare allowance, which constitute a performance -based and award -oriented salary system with a reasonable framework. Adhering to the principle that priority is granted to efficiency and fairness also considered, this system is expounded to be scientifically effective. Proposals on relevant policy are put forward in the end in or- der to provide a reference for vocational universities in designing a performance -based and award -focused salary system.
