注蒸汽井井筒热传递的定量计算

摘    要:流体在井筒中流动时,由于流体与地层存在温差,就有热量的传递。注蒸汽热采工艺中蒸汽温度高,井筒热传递的定量计算显得特别重要。井筒热传递可合理地分解成井筒内稳态传热和地层内非稳态导热两部分。本文阐述了每一部分的数学模型及其解法,重点剖析了处理非稳态的各种半解析方法,并根据现场实际条件,对上述方法进行了计算比较。推荐用于计算注蒸汽井井筒热损失的较好关系式。

Abstract:As fluids flow through a wellbore,there is heat transmission between the fluidsand the formation due to the temperature difference of those.In thermal operations,quantitative computation of heat transmission in wellbore is very important. Wellbore heattransmission can be reasonably revised into steady-state heat transfer in the wellbore andunsteady-state heat conduction in the formation,This paper presents the mathematic models ofeach part and its solution,emphatically analyzes various semi-analytical formulas for treatingtransient aspect.Based on the actual field conditions and comparisions among theseformulas,the better correlation is recommended for calculating wellbore heat losses of steaminjection wells.
