| 摘 要： | 知识产权的发展要求对我国法律有关企业设立的规范有着很大的影响。有很多企业以知识产权的开发或提供与知识产权相关的服务为直接目的，这种目的对企业的设立提出了多方面的要求；有些企业的设立以知识产权为纽带，这一特点对企业的设立会产生较大的影响；还有大量的企业在设立过程中需要解决与知识产权相关联的一些基础性问题。

| Abstract: | The requirements of IP have important influences on the provisions of Chinese laws related to the formation of enterprises.The direct goals of many enterprises are to develop IP or to provide some services relative to IP, which put forward many requirements on the formation of these enterprises. The establishment of some enterprises makes IP as a link, which will affect largely the formation of these enterprises. It＇s necessary for a lot of enterprises to deal with some basic problems related to IP during their formation. |
