灵新煤矿综采工作面安装及回收任务频繁，其风巷轨道运输是重点。安全门和固定式阻车器是防止斜巷提升运输事故的重要设施，由于传统安全门和阻车器在使用过程中，操作人员需接近运输车辆进行操作，给安全带来一定的隐患。为实现“无人则安”，灵新煤矿设计了远方操作液压安全门和阻车器，在多个斜巷提升运输使用中取得了良好效果，不仅提高了井下运输作业的安全性，而且节省了人员体力。
