| 摘 要： | 采用UG软件建立了三维模型，并应用AWE软件完成了该产品试验的疲劳分析，从仿真分析计算所得到的疲劳寿命云图中，可直观的判断出车架的疲劳发生危险区域，为其改进设计提供了依据。

| Abstract: | The UG software was used to establish model and through AWE software analysis, From the cloud diagram of fatigue life generated by result of the fatigue simulation,we can directly and clearly determine the dangerous areas where the fatigue takes place,Therefore, these data can be used for the optinization design of skeleton to improve the quality. |
