| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腰麻-硬膜外阻滞联合麻醉用于老年患者髋部手术的安全性.方法:66例65岁以上老年患者髋部手术实施腰-硬联合麻醉,比较入室时与腰麻起效时,麻醉阻滞完善时循环呼吸功能的变化.结果:腰麻起效时患者SBP,DBP,MBP,HR,RPP均有下降,有显著性差异(P<0.05),经处理后均恢复.ECG,RR,SpO2,CVP无统计学意义(P>0.05).术中恶心、呕吐2例.无术后并发症发生.结论:腰-硬联合麻醉可在老年患者髋部手术中安全应用.但要注意液体补充,控制麻醉平面,观察循环呼吸功能变化,及时处理发生的并发症.
