同轴和平行平板介质阻挡放电特性研究

摘    要:分别利用同轴和平行平板介质阻挡放电装置,在流动大气压氩气中实现了稳定的放电.利用电学方法对两装置的放电电流进行了比较,研究发现两装置外加电压每半周期都放电1次,但平行平板装置的放电电流脉冲是对称的,而同轴装置外加电压正负半周的放电电流幅度和宽度明显不对称.通过分析放电动力学过程,对这一实验现象进行了定性解释.该结果对介质阻挡放电动力学过程的研究具有重要价值.

Abstract:Stable discharge is obtained in flowing argon at atmospheric pressure by using a coaxial electrode geometry and a parallel plate electrode geometry respectively.The discharge current is obtained by electrical method and compared for the two sets of device.Research results show that both of them ignite once during one half cycle of the applied voltage,however,both duration time and amplitude of the discharge current pulse are symmetric for the parallel plate device,and asymmetric for the coaxial device.A qualitative explanation is given to this experimental phenomeneon by analyzing the discharge process.These results is of great value for the study of dielectric barrier discharge dynamics.
