| 摘 要： | 任何一种"地震预警"假说,都必须回答"地球内部的空间结构究竟是什么样的"和"为什么是现在这个样子"的问题。本文详述了由"量子物理学刚杆"提供的,存在于地球内部的"庞加莱空间"5项可测量的物理学依据,详述了可供检验的地球内能释放率和内能"扰动"的物理学依据,详述了已由他人完成的可用于地震预警的4项实验装置。

| Abstract: | A frontier scientific hypothesis, especially innovative hypothesis,is explained in simple terms so as to allow the public at large understanding of science. Our earth,and some of natural phenomena(including earthquake)that occur on our planet,are not yet fully explained. Is it possible to forecast earthquake? A new "Earthquake warning" hypothesis is suggested in this article. |
