| 摘 要： | 在总结现有水库现状的基础上,结合水利部颁布的《水库大坝安全鉴定办法》,对水库大坝安全综合评估的可靠性方法进行了探讨。采用划分等级、合理分配权重等措施,给出各级别的赋值及计算评估值范围。提出应用计算机语言编制程序,建立一套合理、健全的检测数据库系统。管理人员可以通过计算机来掌握检测资料,便于实际操作运用,对水库大坝进行安全综合评价。

Establishment of the database system for the safety evaluation of reservoir dam |

| Abstract: | The method for evaluating comprehensively the safety of reservoir dams is studied based on the "Reservoir Dam Safety Evaluation Method" promulgated by the Ministry of Water Conservancy. The present situation of the existing earth dams in China and Anhui Province is analyzed. The assessment model of the earth dam defects is established based on the reliable degree method and the reasonable distribution of weight. Several issues concerning with the establishment of the database system of observation data are discussed. With the aid of the computer,the managerial personnel can know the testing and detecting data well,then a comprehensive evaluation of the reservoir dam safety can be made. |
